We want you to love your Lash Next Door order! If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns and exchanges as simple as possible.
How to Return an Item
- Visit our Returns Portal
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Print your return label and packing slip.
- Pack your items securely with the packing slip included.
- Drop off your package with the carrier.

Return Window
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Choose a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive your return.
- If your chosen exchange item is out of stock when your return arrives, we’ll automatically issue a store credit.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Return Shipping
- If you purchased Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout, your return label is prepaid.
- If not, you can still return through our portal and purchase a discounted shipping label.
- Please ensure your items are packed securely — we aren’t responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
What Can Be Returned
- Apparel & clothing (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- Accessories like bags or non-final-sale jewelry
What Cannot Be Returned
- Cosmetic Items, including mascara and lash products
- Final sale apparel (ending in $.99)
- Phone Cases & Prints
- Gift cards
Tips for a Smooth Return
- Keep your packing slip handy — it makes processing your return faster.
- Make sure items are in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags.
- Start your return as soon as possible to stay within the 30-day window.
UK Customers
If you’re shopping with us from the United Kingdom, you’re protected by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and cancel your purchase.
We want you to love everything you order, but if it’s not quite right, you can let us know within that 14-day window that you’d like to return it. Once you’ve told us, you’ll then have another 14 days to send your items back to us.
After we receive your return, we’ll process your refund in line with UK law, including standard delivery costs where applicable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless your item is faulty or incorrect.
Just a quick note: UK law requires us to clearly share your cancellation rights at checkout. If this information isn’t provided, your cancellation window may be extended by up to 12 months.
This doesn’t affect your usual rights as a customer — it simply ensures we’re aligned with UK consumer protection law.
