We gladly accept returns on items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Any return received past our 30 day window will be seen as an unauthorized return and will not be processed. 

Returns must include your original order packing slip and items must be unworn, unwashed, and show no signs of wear. All items are subject to inspection, and at our returns can be rejected at our discretion if we feel something doesn't meet our guidelines. 

Below are a list of items that are not eligible for returns-

  • Mascara that has been used or open
  • All Final Sale Items (items ending in $0.99 are considered Final Sale)
  • Accessories - Due to the hygienic nature of jewelry and accessories these items can’t be returned. This includes but is not limited to:
    • Hats, scarves, hair accessories, earrings, necklaces, belts, and socks.
  • Collage Kit
  • Stickers
  • Prints are sold without frames and are not eligible for returns - they are final sale items.
  • Phone cases


How to Return - 

If you purchased the Free Returns + Package Protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to you to return the package! To submit a return and receive a pre-paid label, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions below.

If you did not purchase the Free Returns + Package Protection at the original time of checkout, you will still return like normal through the Returns Portal and purchase a return label through them with discounted shipping rates, saving you time and money!

Steps to Return - 

  1. Start your return by visiting our Returns Portal
  2. Enter your Order ID and email address
  3. If you checked out with Re:do, your return is covered! Otherwise, you can purchase your label to save you time and money!
  4. Print your label and attach it to the outside of your return package! Please include the packing slip within your return package. Then drop it off directly with the carrier

Specialty Items -

*Shoe returns must include the shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. If shoes show evidence of being worn, we will not accept the return.

*Swim returns must include the hypogenic strip and show no signs of water or wear.


We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
