Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase from lashnextdoor.com shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Consumer Arbitration Minimum Standards. Arbitration shall take place in Collin County, Texas or by telephone/video. CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You and Lash Next Door each waive the right to jury trial and the right to participate in class action litigation.
