Subscription Terms

OVERVIEW

Lash Next Door offers recurring subscriptions for our mascara products. By subscribing, you authorize Lash Next Door to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as described below. Please read these terms carefully before subscribing.

WHAT YOU'RE SIGNING UP FOR

A subscription is a recurring purchase of one or more LND mascara units delivered on a set schedule. The exact product, price, quantity, and delivery frequency will be shown to you before you confirm your subscription. You will be charged the price shown at the time of each recurring order.

BILLING

Your payment method will be charged automatically on the billing date shown at checkout and on each renewal date thereafter. We will send you an email reminder before each charge. If a charge fails, we will attempt to process it again and notify you.

HOW TO CANCEL

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date with no penalty. To cancel: (1) Log in to your account at lashnextdoor.com and visit Manage Subscriptions; or (2) Email help@lashnextdoor.com with subject 'Cancel Subscription' and your order number. Cancellations received before your next billing date will take effect for that billing cycle. You will not be refunded for any orders already processed and shipped.

CHANGES TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You may modify your subscription (change color, quantity, or frequency) at any time through your account. Changes made before your next billing date will take effect on that order.

REFUNDS

Subscription orders that have already shipped are subject to our standard Return Policy. If you are charged in error after cancellation, contact us at help@lashnextdoor.com and we will issue a full refund.

PRICE CHANGES

We may change subscription pricing at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any price change takes effect. Continued subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
