Lash Next Door Shipping Process + Policy

Our goal is to package and ship your orders as soon as possible. All orders processed with flat rate shipping should arrive within 5-7 business days after your order has been processed. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. 


We are unable to make any changes to your order once you receive a shipping confirmation email. If changes need to be made to your order, please email customer support at help@lashnextdoor.com immediately after placing your order. 


Orders are subject to verification and approval before being shipped. This may add 1-2 business days to your order processing time depending on the order and issue. While we do our best to ensure your order is delivered within 5-7 business days, Lash Next Door cannot be held responsible or guarantee any arrival date for shipping conditions out of our control (ie. holiday delays, severe weather, service interruptions, etc.).


You will be charged at the time of placing your order. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours for the packaged to be scanned in by the postal service.
